YES+ IN PAKISTAN! FINALLY!

Yes a whole bunch of us took the course with Dinesh and Bawa in the YES plus program in Karachi. It just finished yesterday. It was pretty awesome.

From Senior Executives to 18 year olds and lots of Art School Types took the course together at the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture in Karachi (The "Chi Chi la Bomba" of Art Schools in Pakistan) :)
We were exposed to four hours a day for six days to a shining and magnificent side of them both. They made us twist and turn in class and reveal sides of ourselves to ourselves and others that we normally dont think much about or care much about.

They told us what to eat for six days and what not eat for those days and preferably for life.

And for hours a day they led us through an important fitness workout of breathing that did marvellous things to us by accelerating the oxygen levels in our blood stream. Quite a high. Drumming home the enlightenement in every way during those four hours. Made us realize how for-granted we take even the most basic tools that we have already. What breathing means and how to be grateful and kind to ourselves our bodies, minds, souls and kind to the rest of the world too.

It was their first time in Pakistan. And it was our first time with both of them. We were very comfortable. They were very comfortable. It was great perspective, we learnt a lot and I think all of us relaxed and became more "naturalized" human beings for a bit and it was great fun. Good principles to hold on to after they have taught us and left.

Other than the course essentials like the basics including Kriya as well as all the Asans etc. like Suriya Namaskar etc. their teaching methodologies as class instructors are pretty interactive, focused and advanced, and Im not even talking about the excercises and the Kriya. Both being IIT people. Love them both.

Great teachers, both are amazing mediums as professionals in their work. Great people to know.
